. I usually do about 4 small meals a day. 10 weeks out yes! String cheese with turkey wrapped up, Cottage Cheese with peaches or pears, grilled chicken, Greek yogurt. That is my normal. I have went back to clear liquids a couple of times. Thanks for the reply. Maybe start doing 2oz at 6 small meals a day.

Question: I can still only eat 3 to 4 oz at a time depending on the meal. I finish when I feel comfortable but I always feel uncomfortable like stomach full or gas pains. Does this happen to anyone? I make sure I don't eat fast. Any suggestions would be helpful I don't feel like I am eating that much but afterwards always feeling so full! Thanks!

Question for anyone: I am 5 1/2 weeks out no problems at all until last week. Everyday my stomach feels like a nagging feeling I don't want to eat. If I eat it still does it & if I Don't eat same thing. I can function but the feeling is still there. I am getting my protein & water in. I called my Surgeon Thurs and she said I either had a touch of a virus or gas and to try Mylanta and if no better call back on Monday. Today has been a little better but not much. I am frustrated cause I don't want to feel like this every day. I have followed to a tee my surgeons instructions & no new foods. Has anyone had any of this happen?? Or any suggestions?? Thanks! :/

Wanted to share since today is 1 month post op. All my labs are good except Vitamin D so I am taking a RX 1 time a week. I have lost a total of 41lbs. Super excited! I am still working on getting all my water & protein in daily but I am getting there! I have just hit today walking on treadmill for 30 min @3 mph. Slowly but surely! No regrets at all loving the changes in my life & body! 2 more weeks and I can start strength training ready to work on my arms & abs. I am wearing my clothes till they fall off I am looking at 2nd hand stores and clearance don't want to spend to much! I how all my 1 mo post op buddies are doing just as well.

Can not believe we are coming up on 1 month post op... Some days I just can't believe it. Still doing well go for my post op visit next week. If I had to say one thing I would say I am still very tired after work can't wait to get more energy back. My clothes are hanging on me going to have to look for some smaller clothes soon & that makes me excited!! Hope everyone is doing well!

    Any April Sleevers?

Yes, I went back to work after a week and by the time 7pm rolls around I am ready for bed. My surgeon said that it takes a good 4 to 6 weeks to get all energy back since this was a major surgery. So I am looking forward to not being tired as much! ????

That is awesome! Same day as me. I am getting about 50/55 grams of protein a day right now. I have lost a total of 35 lbs. Pre Op 20 & post op 15. Haven't lost any in 5 days I guess this is the first dreaded stall! Sounds like u r doing well! Keep up the good work!

True I have to keep that in mind when I eat. Eat slowly and chew, chew even though I haven't ate anything to chew yet. Thanks... Went back to work full time today and I am so tired hoping each day will get better!
