I understand your frustration! I'm 5 weeks out and have been only losing about 1 pound per week, I only eat 600 cals per day and I go to the gym 5-6 days a week... This is happening to me too im stuck at my weight for the las 7 days but my doctor told me this will happen (he told me like a month ago) you will not lose weight on numbers but you will lose in size its like im shrinking... dont feel dissapointed keep exercising and keep with your diet that you will start to lose number again once your body gets used to this new diet

I did this too with a cheeseburger. I just wanted to taste the flavor and I spit it out. Didn't consider it bad or a problem at the time but can understand how it could be. I also don't plan on that being a habit. At all. I know, its just to kill the anxiety of the taste or the chewing of your favorite food... it will eventually fade away

I had surgery in April 9th in venezuela and today is my 3rd week the anxiety is the worst i want to eat but for some reason my nutritionist put me on a 4 week liquid diet... I have no pain no nausea no dumpin or diarrea ... Im think on cheating on the diet everysingle hour of the day... i want at least chicken mashed potatoes and ground beef I want something to chew... on the other hand i've lost 46 pounds on 21 days... it feels good but i hate the anxiety is not even hunger its the urge to chew on food ...

Today the nutritionist have changed my diet ... thank god im on the 3rd fase of the threatment

Wow, good point, didn't think of this. I've never done it, just cause I know I wouldn't have the strength to spit it out! I'd swallow that sucker down. yes its very risky but it made me feel better at the momment, i wouldnt do it every day or wouldnt recommend anyone to do it, its just a risk that at the momment I felt ok trying it .. LOL

No offense, but that is what people with eating disorders do. Not a good strategy! Im sorry but I beleive most of us have done this procedure because of our eating disorders....

I did that yesterday with some pizza and it helped a lot
