Have you finished all of your prerequisites? After my consult my file was sent for approval. Once approved they scheduled me for preop. My surgery date May 20 was given to me at that first meeting. I was placed on optifast for a month. I'm now on day 3... -

This optifast thing has really been a struggle. For some reason I cannot seem to get out of my head. I have never realized how much food is put in our faces. Every other commercial, driving down the road, outings and such. It seems everything had food as some component.
