I had my on the 14th also. This year. My doctor just has me on liquids no food yet. I have been average about 500 also everything I have read sounds like you are on track.

I was sleeved on the 14. The first few days were hard to get liquids in, today has been a bit easier. -

I was sleeved on the 14 also....I found it so hard to get fluids down. Today is a little better. -
