Omgosh you friends (yes friends) are such a inspiration. So helpful. I literally walked them to the garbage dumpster and threw them in. I am going to forgive and move on next time pray there isn't I will go for a long walk and "shake it off" thanks so much for always getting right back to me and making me feel like I'm very much normal.

So my surgery was 9/15/2014 and i have been doing ok so far. Had horrible pain from the drain but got it taken out 9/24 feeling so much better. Today my mom left to go home and i busted out crying like a little baby (i am the baby tho????) after she left i took a nap and woke up and did something I'm so ashamed to say because i have lost 25lbs since 9/11. I ate about 10 chips because she forgot to take them. I'm still on liquids. But i couldn't stop. When i did i crushed them up and took them out to the garbage dump. I'm so sick now my stomach is literally going crazy. Anyone done this? Or am i just really horrible. I should have taken my behind out and walked it off. ????????

I had surgery Sept 15, 2014. I'm down 20 lbs but everytime i eat protein anything it makes my stomach gurgle and gurgle up my throat so loud everyone can hear it. Is that normal? Plus, i am exhausted i literally sleep all day today. I walked the mall yesterday for about 2 hours but really I'm exhausted. Does it get better?

Thanks so much for all the info. I really felt great for a few days and it hit me like a brick wall. I thought maybe there was something i was doing wrong. I get in 80 oz of liquids protein about 50gm. I have my post NUT appt wed so we shall see. Thanks you all are wonderful

Hmm i bought some carnation but realized it wasn't the NO SUGAR ADDED so haven't been back to the store. I bought alot of different protein powders but just don't sit right on my stomach. Hopefully every day will get easier

I am having a hard time with protein powder what kind do you use? Seems like it causes more gas when i mix a shake up

Well my surgery didn't start until after 430 was in recovery forever about 830p in my room. Nothing really hurt but the gas pain in my shoulder and chest. Came home on wed and struggling with the pain from gas still. Gets better everyday but. ..ugh. how about you

My surgery is at 1:15pm on Monday. Whoohoo

I haven't been sleeved yet but have read about this. It's called frothing. Drink warm liquids especially before eating.
