Approaching my six month post-op. Finding myself grazing a lot more lately and it's making me nervous! I'm trying to get myself back to neutral again.

75 lbs down - great - keep up the good work - grazing?- KNOCK IT OFF LOL easier said than done!!
new day -new day - start again - before you put something extra in your mouth, remind yourself you shouldn't be eating that and you will feel guilty afterwards - sometimes it worked for me in the past - good luck kathy

Finished all my pre-op testing today. Meeting with the surgeon tomorrow... Operation is a little less then a month away... Getting REALLY nervous now!
