Brg that is awesome I may have to get that too to mark the journey!! I love it. I am scared to think of the end right now I am concentrating on the 28 I have to lose for preop. Then my next hurdle will be 50. And then by 20's after that. -

Several people said gas x strips and that they work great!!

My dr said the liquid diet helps boost more results. From what I understand the insurance goes off your first weigh in so it is irrelevant.

I agree I just started the 3 month waiting period fr my insurance hoping also for surgery in July. I was so worried people would think I was just being vain. But once I saw all the work I have to do for it I do t are if I am vain. I can wait to sky jump of the stratosphere and go on the roller coaster. I went last month and I was too big. And I can't wait to shop normal sizes!!!! I am jay worried about the skin issues though!!
