Need some help. I'm supposed to start my pre-op diet tomorrow. I had to reschedule my gastric sleeve back in April and think due to the rescheduling, think Dr. Billing's office missed giving me the info. Looking for information on first couple days of pre-op diet. I should be able to get everything from the office on Monday. Thanks! Kellie

Just had a really stressful day at work. Had to terminate a staff member and the person flipped their lid on me. I made it through the day just fine, but on the way home I stopped at the grocery store to buy my drug of choice, bite sized red velvet cupcakes. I had eaten nearly all of them by the time I arrived home. I have my surgery scheduled for June 23rd, but clearly I need to start addressing this type of unhealthy coping sooner then later. Have others had this emotional eating issue and how did you deal with it? Best, Kellie

I'm scheduled for my sleeve on June 23rd, Dr. Billing in Edmonds, Wa. I see so many peeps going to Mexico, but too nervous to do that, which is unfortunate because it could save so much money.
