Thanks for getting back with me. I has been awhile since I've been on the site. Your recommendations look great and I hope to try and follow them. I live in Weidman Michigan. I'm located in the middle of michigan by Mt. Pleasant. Were are you from? Weight loss is still slow. I just need to recommit and follow your rules. I do eat carbs. I think I'm a carb junkie.
