Hey there skinny! That sucks your office is cold.. I am freezing all the time lol.. less body fat to keep me warm! It is nice that working from home is an option for you. I hope you are able to get into your clothes soon. That has to be frustrating. Try and not do to much that could be why you still have alot of swelling. I find if I do to much I swell up like a balloon. Have a great day and stay warm!

Hi Fanny! I am so glad to hear you are doing so well! Welcome to the flatlands Fanny! Isn't it so wonderful to feel a tight smooth tummy? I can hardly wait to see your pics. I found that walking as much as possible really helped to speed my recovery. It also helps to get the gas moving.. keep us posted Fanny!

I just posted some updated pics in my explicit album. I think the scars are healing so nice! I am going to buy some of that mcderma today. Yesterday I did to much and had some major swelling. My bra wouldn't even buckle for 2 hours. I layed down and this morning I am definetly less swollen. I guess those drains really do make a difference! I am down about 9 pounds since day of plastic surgery.. this fluctuates up and down about 2 pounds. I think once all the swelling is gone I will be a comfortable size 6. I can wear 6's but they are super tight. I am going in for another fill today.. 2nd since surgery. I still think about food and actually made cookies last night. I ate 1 and a half .. gah. so I am getting a little bit. Tomorrow is hubby and my 19th wedding anniversary and I am so excited. We are going out to a very very nice restaurant. We also have a Christmas Party for his work on Saturday which is dinner and dancing.. oh I need to shop! :thumbup: Please keep Kate and Fanny in your prayers today, they are both getting their plastic surgery today!

Lol.. yes I went through this as well. It's so frustrating to step on that scale some mornings.. but for me I don't excercize unless my scale doesn't move then I go into hyper drive lol. :thumbup:

Congrats on your way to being banded. I found the preop optifast diet the hardest thing of all! Here are my tips that worked for me. Always make a shake out of them adding the following: to vanilla optifast: pumpkin pie spice and a sweet & low - or orange extract and sweet and low- to strawberry optifast: mint extract and a sweet and low- banana extract and a sweet and low To chocolate optifast: mint extract and a sweet and low or chocolate syrup or some decaf instant coffee granuals. always add ice to all of above!! These all make yummy shakes. I hated the optifast alone and by making them into a shake you really get full! The extracts add no calories and tons of flavor try a little at a time until you get to the taste you love! Good luck!

Congrats Fanny!!! Good luck and happy flatlands tomorrow! That is so awesome that you will be in the hospital for 7 days. I just had a tummy tuck and breast lift with implants 2 weeks ago, I was in surgery for 8 hours and went home that night..ugghh. I and I am sure my hubby would have preferred to be in the hospital having nurses care for me. I am so excited for you! Please post when you can and I will be keeping you and Kate in my thoughts and prayers tomorrow!

Whew.. I tell ya, I get exhausted so easily! I went to the mall for about an hour and gosh I had to leave, I literally felt like I had climbed a mountain! I am standing straight and really feel good but exhaustion just creeps right up on me. My left breast is still really really swollen and turning a nice shade of black. The right one is doing great. Still swollen but not like the left. I met a lady today that had the same things as me and she said it took her 4 months to feel really good.. Gah! I guess I am lucky I am unemployed at the moment. I will be posting some full frontal nude pics today in my private album. I just have to get the energy to take off my clothes. :thumbup: We put up our Christmas tree and it is beautiful. I wish I had the Christmas spirit this year. I am finding it really hard since I can't go out and find those perfect presents I usually do. I finished everyone except my daughters and hubby. Why are men so dang hard to shop for??? It's so frustrating. So Tuesday is my hubby and my 19th wedding anniversary :woot: He reserved a wonderful restaurant and I am excited, I am going to get all dolled up. I did something kind of silly today, I bought a hair piece/extension, I had to order it, got the one that the hair goes to my boobs. They were able to match my hair color perfectly. I know hubby wishes my hair was still long so I thought this would be perfect. I hope it comes in, in time for either our anniversary or his work party on the 18th. I haven't met anyone he works with yet. Well I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and I hope I didn't shock anyone to much with my previous post. If so I am sorry! xoxo

*warning I am going to talk about some sexual explicit stuff* aww shucks Kate you made me blush! I am really lucky I haven't had any problems with a leaky band.. I did get my fill and am feeling much better.. food thoughts are gone again.. :biggrin: Thank God! I really really hate how addicted and weak I am. My band is my life savior. I would like to get a little more of a fill. My hubby is so against it, if I did we would probably be fighting so to keep him happy lol. Talking about happy.. I am soooo happy, you are right Kate. But the sex has been frickin ridiculous.. since I have been so open on here, I don't want to hold back. My hubby is a VERY attractive, muscle bound hot hot hot man. When I was obese he still looked at me with lust and love and our sex life was really good. But when I uhhum how do I say this politely.. really no way so here goes.. masturbated I could only come to the "O" if I thought about him with some skinny girl. Crazy right? I think I always felt he deserved someone thin and hot and now I think about him and ME!!!!!!!!! So happy!!! I have no thoughts of him with someone other than just me. I feel like we now match. I feel like when people look at us now they aren't thinking what the heck is he doing with that fat girl. I have to say I am super lucky, he has always had eyes for me and has always been very attentive and loving. So now the sex is holy moly over the top. It's like we are teens. I am one very very happy girl and I LOVE MY BAND AND MY NEW TUMMY AND BOOBS! Ok did you hear me yelling cause I am soooo excited! Life is good, Life is really really good! Hey there.. the lotion is for the chafing I got from my compression.. I used bacitracin on my scars and they are completely closed and healed already! I am going to be getting some of the I think it's called mcderma to fade the scars. A major thing for your shower is have a stool to sit on in shower!!! I almost passed out and it was much easier to sit in the shower and wash up than to stand. I had a step stool that we used. Some people put lawn chairs in there. My hubby even got in with me the first couple of showers. My compression garment is like my security blanket lol.. every doc has differences.. I definetly need the compression, when I have it off I feel like my guts are gonna fall out lol. I haven't had alot of swelling in my tummy area, mostly in my boobs and I am just wearing a sports bra from walmart- they are great! they have hooks in the front and are so comfy.. 2 for 10 bucks can't beat that and my doc said they were great. :wink2:

2 days!!!!! So exciting! I agree with the doc Kate I really didn't feel my breasts, my tummy and legs were the worst.. actually I think the thighs were the worst I had lipo.. but I had a pain pump for tummy up. I can hardly wait to see your pics. I was also very emotional right before surgery. I actually was also pretty emotional on the 4th day.. had a nice big cry. I hate being helpless and felt like I was a burden to my honey. but it only lasted for 1/2 hour and I have been on cloud nine ever since. I will add you to my facebook.. everyone knows I had lapband and ps so you can say whatever you want on mine. I will not saying anything about your surgeries on yours unless you bring it up. I am so glad you are staying with your mom.. that's a great thing. Oh about the constipation.. I took Phillips stool softeners every day from day of surgery on and I am soooo glad I did.. I was so worried about having a difficult time I have IBS and it can be very painful. But I have to say everything is great and I haven't had any problems!! I will be praying and thinking about you and I wish you a speedy recovery! My suggestions for things to get pre surgery: stool softeners, sensitive skin baby wipes- for bathroom and for keeping fresh doc said no shower for 2 days, plenty of pillows for head and knees or a wedge for head, straws for drinks- hard to sit up, cough drops- I kept getting a tickle and coughing is the last thing you want, lotion, those were the most important things for me next to the pain meds lol. I SOOO EXCITED FOR YOU KATE!!!!

Hey there skinny.. what type of tape do you have? I don't have tape, I have stitches. I can hardly wait to see your new pics!! I find the more I do the more I swell.. how was your week at work.. I can't even imagine having to work right now.. I get exhausted going up the stairs lol.

Hey there.. gahh I hate my thighs.. I can hardly wait for the inner thigh lift on Jan. 28th!!!! My doc keeps us 3 solid weeks in full compression 24 hours a day then 3 weeks full compression 12 hours a day, during the day wearing the garment. I'm so chafed in my inner thighs from this thing. I have a garment that goes from right below breast to knees with a cut out in the crotch. The cut out is causing my inner thighs to become so irratated and chafed.. uggh. So we went out to our local bar tonight and everyone was soooo excited about my body lol.. there is this guy there who has a crush on me and asked what did they do with the leftover pieces because he wanted them since he thought I was pretty hot before surgery... lol.. so creepy. hahaha. Hubby was basking in the pats on the back he was getting.. this one guy said hey there are the flukes.. I was like what the heck and he said, been married a long time with a hot wife.. that's a fluke hahaha. If he only knew. 4 days until our 19th wedding anniversary.. feels like we are newlyweds.. :wink2: I am really enjoying my super flat tummy and my nice and high boobs.. I need to go tanning lol. Hey Lucy!! So great to hear from you. I am so excited for you! Congrats on your masters! Are you doing anything special to Celebrate? A bunch of my friends are throwing me a "coming out party" lol.. they have been planning it for weeks and I just found out last night. What do I wear to such an event lol. They rented the bar we go to for the night and hired my favorite local band. :w00t: I hear there are some big surprises for me eek. I love my friends. The party is not until January which is great! Gives me time to find an outfit lol. Just to clarify the coming out is my new body not my sexual orientation hahaha. Very much in love with my hubby
