Hey I'm new as well! I'll be getting sleeved Sept.22nd ! My first day of the liquid diet was today and I'm so happy I made it because it was hard lol.

I'm in CT! I'm nervous about the liquid diet lol. I know it sounds silly but I'm just concerned about handling cravings while feeling hungry. When I was 18 I had surgery on my intestines and the healing was almost the same as it will be with the sleeve surgery. So I'm not too worried about that part it's just the pre-OP things I'm concerned about. -

Protein drinks that are dairy free?

So I'm getting sleeved on September 22nd. I'm looking for some pre-made ( if possible) protein drinks that don't have dairy in them. I don't know if there's such thing but if there is I would love to know! ???? -

I'm getting sleeved on the 22nd of September! I start my pre-OP diet on Monday. I'm excited but nervous about the liquid diet. Any advice on staying motivated would be great lol.
