I had my surgery in May, I've been trying to be careful to get my protein in, supplementing with protein shakes. My hair has been coming out like crazy! How do I know whether my protein powder is even working? I've read online that some of the types of proteins in the powders can't even be broken down & utilized by the body!

Today I am under 300 pounds for the first time in well over a decade! And for the first time in my life I am sure I'll never see the 300's again!
