I've had a surgery before so that was reassuring but post op I did celebrate being alive, lol. It also motivated me to get up and walk, and to get over my stubborn self in the hospital. I didn't want to add to the risk of the surgery. That risk motivates me now, so calculate the risk and conquer your fears. Good luck -

Hot passion tea sweeten with monk sugar (splenda product) this morning worked for me, I drank nearly 7 oz in a sitting. I read somewhere on here to drink hot lemon tea in the am since the stomach is more swollen overnight from saliva. Yesterday my tummy felt like a swollen mess with all my Protein shakes so might do a few more warm liquids today. -

Guess when I get nervous, I plan, so bought some liquids etc. Need to get isopure low carb, maybe grape and pineapple flavor. Anyway can't wait!!!
