Hello, everyone! My name is Alexa. I am currently in the process (3 months in)! I am so excited to have the gastric sleeve surgery in Pittsburgh, PA. I think BariatricPal will help me because sometimes I feel all alone going to all these appointments. I am currently in nursing school to become an LPN and I want to be healthy figure in the health field. I am 19 years old and want to live a long, happy life, and not feel trapped in my own body. My BMI is 40.6...I do not have any health complications but I fear if I don't change now, my life will end short. Thank you so much and I can't wait to read your stories!
