Hey I need a little help I am sick with a really bad sore throat. I'm pretty sure it's strep I have some antibiotic amoxcillin but not sure wt i can take when it comes to meds ?. Input would be great

Thanks everyone it's been since Tuesday that I've had this sore throat. But no fever and no other problems just bad sore throat. I'm doing home remedies right now seems to help oh and I have no voice. -

I appreciate your concern and Input I don't have fever and otherwise feel fine so I correct myself I don't think I have strep just a bad sore throat, I'm not asking anyone to diagnose me, my concern is I never got a list from my surgeon on wt meds I can take and not so not sure if I could take anything. Thanks -
Hi well Idk I eat everything mostly just obviously less. I lose about a pound a day usually . Not always. I workout 6 days a week . At least 2 hours . That's probably wt is helping me. It just comes off easily even when I don't try. Like the fourth of jul my Weekend I ate a little more I think then I usually do I got on scale and was off 2 pounds . Everyone's body is different and as long as your losing that is great !! Keep it up

I am just checking in. I really haven't had any problems I'm down 52 pounds I have gone 3 sizes down I feel great. I've had 1 major stall that lasted a month but thankfully I'm back on track. Some days are better then others. But all in all I'm very happy that I had my surgery, have a long way to go and I cant b wait to get to my goal weight :-)

How did you break stall ? I'm at a stall right now still eating @ 600 cal & exercising daily very frustrating tho

I had my surgery 4/23 I'm down 27 pounds I like soups from panera chicken noodle I'll have to try chik fil a . Mostly I eat at home . Haven't worked out yet I'm starting tomorrow. I am on purée foods. Just started yesterday. I ate mash potatoes from churches yesterday went down good. But today I only are egg. Anyway I'm excited to lose more keep up the good work !!

You may want to call your doctor. It could be normal because you just had major surgery but i can't say this has happened to me. i cough and sneeze and don't feel anything. Im a little paranoid so id probably just call my doctor to make sure. Everyone heals differently and no two surgeries are the same. Feel Better!! -

Omg I'm super excited !! 24 pounds down & only 13 days post op . It hasn't been easy but I'm doing it. There are days I just want eat but I'm sticking to my plan ! -

Hi also 5 days post op and I'm sorry your feeling tired ..I have full energy and have been back toy regular schedule since Sunday . I do get winded easily but besides that I feel really good . I do not have staples at all either . But i van relate i al HUNGRY! Im on full liquids. I can't wait to be in purée because I feel ready . Hope you feel better soon

Im the same way!! I'm happy one moment and a nervous wreck the next. Whats really helped me is reading on here because i realize I'm not alone. I'm new to this and I'm happy that i found this site. Tomorrow is my surgery and i just don't know wt to do with myself and I'm wanting to leave all ready and i keep going over everything a million times!!! Good luck tomorrow you'll do great we all will !!
