Patiently waiting on my surgery date! Can someone share their pre-op with me not sure how to begin.

My pre op was the sugar busters diet..basically no white stuff..sugar, rice, bread, potatoes etc. has you doc given you a plan yet all are different. In terms of the process mine was fairly quick. Hope you get a date soon! Best wishes

My preop was the adkins diet. All protein and no carbs.
