I think drunk posting is funny. KC - that was a great read, thank you. How did the txt flirting go? My friend and I have a saying when we get drunk - "my nose is snumb." The first time she got drunk, she said that ALL FREAKING NIGHT. "Hey, guess what...? My nose is snumb!" And she'd flick her nose, kinda tilt to one side with that look on her face like it's the most awesome thing in the world. LOL Happy Monday all!

I was doing c25k, but I really think I may skip the running and do arm and back exercises between now and Jan. (Any ideas on how to rid back fat spillage?) I'm in...but I didn't do crap today. Not really starting off right, but plan on going tomorrow.

Yeah...I s'pose that would look a little odd. Does it count if the car on blocks is a Hummer? This is getting disturbing.... I was reading these at work laughing my ass off. I mean full head tilted back, snorting and crying. In a time of layoffs, I think a few cubby mates were a little disturbed, but f'it. It was FUNNY!! I love this stuff. What a little bugger. I'm rethinking the martini night and wondering if there was anything in one of the ones I had. I literally felt like I was going to die...but just thought I was drunker than I've ever been. <shrug...who knows.> PTJP - I ordered my dress tonight. It'll come in 15 weeks. It's kinda hitting me now - I'm getting married.

Wow...is he normally that much of an a-hole? I'm not sure I'd be that much of a good nurse. I can handle the blood and guts and stuff...but bedside manners when they're being prickish...? um no thank you.

Loved Nick's - they let us drink there underage. ...maybe they were just scared? I dunno. Me neither! I love pancakes, too. butter...syrup....mmmm...Haven't had more than two regrettable bites since Sept, 2007. No, no...it was insane - don't get me wrong. I had a small townhome in Manassas and here I have a large corner lot and single family home. I'm saying I get paid the same and the mortage (bigger house, yes) is the same payment. So, for me, there is no difference from my money situation here or there. Even though it is a nicer home, it's still equalling the same $$$ each month/year. Also, they're starting to push townhomes here BIG time. A 2-story down the road for me is going for $200,000 + and I say, "That's like VA!!!" Crazy. SFH's are still cheaper than that. C'mon 4:30!!!!!

When did you live in Old Town? I love Old Town - lived right up the road for a while. The door that I stole last month was from my grandparents house - they lived up near where Duke Street turned into Little River Tnpke. So, in high school, Old Town was our place. My first kiss was on a park bench in Founders Park. :frown: LOL I woulda stolen the bench, too, while I was in VA - but figured that would be too much.

Hey now!!! :crying: lol Actually, the cost of living is a scam. In NoVa, I was making the same pay and paying the same mortgage. I had state tax, which I don't have here, but here I have tons of other little taxes which make up for it! For me, it's the same. Only, in Houston I can ride a bike. In Manassas, I barely got out my door before I was heaving and huffing. I like the flat! :frown: But, I've told DH if we both get fired, we're moving to San Antonio. I like my LIFE in Houston, but the city is bleh.

Okay, this shows my "dummy" but, how do ya'll know when people change names? I changed my user ID maybe a year or so ago because someone logged on just to attack me. (crazy bf's ex-wife....jealous co-worker? who knows - I never found out.) I also know LaurenD changed her name to something else and it's obvious to me because I see the old posts under the new name. But how do you know when someone creates a whole new ID and is pretending to be someone else? To be honest, too - I don't really pay attention to the icons/names that much. I read the content and respond to that. There are some folks I don't like so much (pg) but I don't want that to change my response or opinion of what's being posted. If I see a great post from someone I don't like, I still want to be true to what my response would/should be.

This made me laugh in real time, which meant I had to explain to my friend why and show the picture.... We're all fanning ourselves now. KC - what a cutie! I love men who stick up for women! Isn't a goober a peanut? Sometimes you feel like a nut...sometimes you don't. DH is in meetings, I had no alternate lunch plan and so got a sub from the vending machine. Why? Why do I still look for the most "bang for my buck" when I know I can't eat it all. I took 3 bites out of a $2.50 foot long and here it sits, staring at me saying, "ha ha ha... you dummy." Or, maybe it's the voice in my head saying that.

So what if he could dance? (He could also grab his crotch and squeal...talent? REALLY?) So what if 20 years ago he was popular??? So what if every now and then a decent song came out of him? He was a freak show, an unstable psycho who endangered his own kids (does anyone remember the balcony??) and *probably* molested children. Making your kids wear sheets over their heads, and freak-a-zoid Mardi Gras masks doesn't make for an icon worth revering. I don't care how much "talent" you have, kids should come first!!!! What's the matter with people that they didn't take that into consideration. Let's just brush this molestation issue under the rug, because gosh darn it, he could sing and dance!! Wooo. :biggrin: Well, I grew up a 'skins fan, so....can't root for the 'boys. LOL I did make DH's dad a 'boys blanket one year for Christmas (they live in Copperas Cove, near Ft. Hood) and he LOVED it. They teased me endlessly about how hard that must have been! :sad: But, since being here, I enjoy college more than pro. But, we are a football house.
