    Whole Foods has samples of Jay Robb Whey Protein Powder. They taste good without the aftertaste. So far I have enough to get me through the pre-op and I will wait until after the surgery to see if I still enjoy the taste. Best of luck to you. Keep us posted!

    I start mine on Thursday. Three protein shakes, broth and clear liquids for two weeks.

    I use unsweetened almond milk with the Jay Robb Whey Protein Powder. It's the only shake I can tolerate.
