of course, haha well I wouldn't really call it a routine because it changes sometimes. But i go to the gym 4 days a week and run for 20 minuets, and go through all the machines and do about 50 reps on each. And on the 3 days im not in the gym, im at home, i walk the dog at a fast pace for about 30 minuets and then im in my room doing pushups, squats... TONS of squats! Along with leg lifts, sit-ups, crunches, planks, inner thigh workouts, lunges, all about 50 times (more or less). Its hard work but the end result is worth the pain it takes. (: -

ok so my highest weight was 225, my surgery weight was 200, my weight now is 170 and my goal weight is 110-115. Ive lost most of it in my stomach because of the workouts i do. But i make sure to work out really hard for about an hour everyday and include a lot of protein and water into my diet. ???? -

I am also 6 days out and have lost 8lbs since having surgery. Not that this is a bad thing. I just get discouraged seeing all of these high losses.

Thank you! And i really hope that this works for me because I have been overweight sense i was 1 and I'm 15, I'm sick of dieting or even starving myself and not loosing one pound. I have always been involved in sports, pretty much any sport you can think of, I've done it, i currently play lacrosse at my school, i have to stay involved in sports year round because if i don't, i will just gain and gain. No doctor has ever told me what is wrong with me and it sucks to be looked at as the fat girl who probably eats all day when in reality i eat very little. I have no problem with the healthy food and restriction that the surgery will cause because i have eaten like that my whole life. My whole family is extremely healthy and fit including me but you just cant see it. I am hoping that this surgery works for me because if it doesn't i will be so upset with everything and probably give up. Once again thank you. -
No it doesn't matter! You made an amazing decision to change your life in a positive way and and that is no different than someone making this decision who was starting out at 250, I don't understand why those people were giving you a hard time about your journey because have they not seen "my 600lb life"? They completely changed their life in the same way. So no it doesn't matter.

I understand what you are saying but i would much rather live a healthier life without eating all of that greasy bad food than live a life ruining my body (which should go for everyone). Plus i don't even eat very many unhealthy foods, I've always been healthy but it had never reflected on the outside because of other problems so i have looked at this surgery as a last resort to a healthy life, we humans often forget that we eat to live not live to eat. But thank you for your concern. -
