Dear all , thanks all for the continuous help and comments in this forum, and i would like to thank everyone who gave helpful information. My problem is that i was banned in almost 1 year and a half, and my goal was to reach 85 Kgs, i was 140 Kgs. now after all the fills i made i reached only 95 Kgs, i would like to know if anyone is stuck like me and my weight wont go down more and sometimes if i loose control i gain 1 or 2 kilos and i bring them down again. So 10 Kilos to go is not much, but they wont go at all. My Best Wishes for you all

hey everybody, I didnt get any fills recently sine 5 months ago, but the problem is, i can eat now more qty than before. this started happening after the third fill, so did anyone had this problem, and what is the solution for it ? Thanks for the help

the problem with soda that the gases in it will make pressure on the walls of your stomach, which will enlarge your stomach again. and this will make you eat more.

ya that will help see the before/after, and you will change your mind, my doc. was really mean to me :-), he kept me on the liquid diet for complete 30 days, and i survived that, and i am happy with myself now, dont give up soon. thats all i have to say.

i have 6.5 cc band, and its filled with 5cc. some kind of mushies like boiled potato's, and stewed veggies i have problems with getting them down, and all kind of bread. but i can eat wok veggies, like mushrooms and bell peppers and carrots, and kind of raw or wok veggies, the size around table plate. so i dont know if that ok or not. thanks for the reply.

your first meal is most wonderful experience :-) and after you've being banded, you will start appreciating your meals not like old time where i was eating at the speed of light..looool and you will start finding the most yummy and useful meals because you have a very small space to use. Hope all you enjoy your first meal and choose well, so it can be enjoyable and dont cause you and suffering

i didnt starting eating solid food or mushies till after 4 weeks of the surgery. but after that after fills, there are some types of food your band cant handle, and it differers from one person to other. I dont know sometime i think my band has its own mind sometimes accept certain type of food the next it dont and it accept food in certain periods of the day... ??!! i dont know why ? so all new banders its a case of trail and error, you must try to find out what suits you and what dont

i think being frank with your close friend is the best solution, i faced that problem first and then i told all my close friend, and they actually supported me through the whole way, but taking care of what food they order when i am around or when we go out they started to go to place where they offer salads and veggie food so i can eat. So i hope you can find understanding and good friends like mine...

Even my waist measurements didnt change, i am worried. Shall i make another fill or take of these diet supplements, am so confused ?

Hey all, I am going to the gym everyday for the past 45 days, but my weight is not going down. i just want to know is there a limit where you cant loose more weight ? and does these fat burners pill and supplements good and i can loose more weight on them? :confused2::confused2::confused2:

i just wanna ask after a fill for a while 3-4 months i return to eat more than after the fill directly. is that okay or what ?
