I just can't seem to get into Onderland and stay there. I keep hovering at 199 then back to 201 then back to 199 then to 201. WTF?!! It's been like a month of doing this. Will I ever get over that hump?
1) CALORIES & 2) Exercise, keep #1 low ( around 1000 ) and #2 high ( about an hour a day 0 and you will drop to a perfect weight. No exceses. its the only way, I suspect too much of #1 ?
