Got approved today! Surgery schedule for May 19th. Start liquid diet May 12th. So excited!

I'm joining in with yall. I got good news today too, my surgery date is 19th of May. I will start my liquid diet May 12th. Dr Morales will be performing my surgery too here at Depaul Hospital. The nurse wanted to schedule me for May 13th but my graduation ceremony is May 16th. This is the best graduation present ever! !!! -

Praise God! Just got call from nurse and insurance has been approved. Have to do one week liquid diet starting May 12th. SURGERY date is 19th of May. So excited, this is the best graduation present ever! I graduate May 16th, I could have scheduled surgery on 13th but I did not want it to interfere with me walking across the platform receiving my Degree. GOD IS SOOOO GOOD!!! -

I would wish for longer winter weather to keep myself in the house so that I wouldn't have to be outside for people to see how fat I got. Constantly lying to myself saying I'll loose weight before the weather breaks (getting bigger and bigger). -

I can't wait to walk in public places and not be ashame to see people I have not seen in a while. I can remember going the opposite direction to avoid a old friend of mine, because of being embarrassed about my weight. -
Im with Coventry Advantra HMO, My packet got sent Tuesday April 29th. Insurance said it takes 24-48hrs but if they're backed up with claims then it could take up to two wks. I'm praying for surgery date sometime the end of May. Does anyone have Coventry Advantra Medicare?

I am new with this but I have a question. I waiting on approval from my insurance company, hoping I get thru this waiting process. I weigh 260 but I'm concerned about losing too much weight and looking sick. Is there any solution to not looking sickly? -
