    OCTOBER 2014

Great idea Beni! October 8th for me with my sleeve. A little bit of pain in the beginning but 3 days out much better. Still not getting all my Water or Protein down but feeling better about it everyday. I had my first BM 7 days out. Now that was like giving birth to my fourth baby without an epidural. It was a 40 minute experience . No one was home at the time I even sent my hubby a text that if he finds me pasted out on the bathroom floor to wipe me down an put on my pretty panties before he called 911. Lol!!! Waking up this morning felling good and still gassy. Walking a mile on the treadmill every morning . Not fast but getting there. Down 13 pounds after first week. Thank you for everyone's support.????

    October Surgery Date

Hi all! I love reading everyone posts. it is really keeping me focused. I was sleeved a week ago. Has anyone having back pain when they eat or drink? I am also having a hard time deciding whether or not I I'm full or have gas pains. Anyone having the same trouble?

    Surgery Date....October 8th

Thank you. Just got off the treadmill walked a mile. Walking was fine. Still a little sore in the lower right hand side of my abdomen. Not bad though. Still a lot of air. I am going to the Gas X strips next. Wondering if I should lay off the eating and only work on Water.

    Surgery Date....October 8th

Ok. I had my surgery on the 8th. I have gas pains so bad it is waking me up on in my sleep. It is all in my back. Any suggestions. I can barley get enough Water down. Just adds more gas. I sip really slowly. It took me 12 hours to get 16 oz down and my pee is still too dark. Any suggestions?
  5. I have tried a lot. The best one so far is Gold Standard whey Protein. Double chocolate. I have tried other flavors too they are pretty good. My son has been trying multiple brands for years. Arnold Swartzanegger brand is tasty too. I hope that helps.
  6. Evening all! I had the sleeve on Wednesday the 8th. I was very excited. I have waited 10 years to make this choice. I am feeling pretty good. Pain meds gave me a migraine for 2 days. I warned the doctor and the nurse and the pharmacist that I was allergic to codeine. They assured me I would be fine. NOT. No pain meds but now bad bloating and gas. I have walked and tried gas x strips. no relief. any suggestions? I also haven't been able to get much down. it just increases the gas pain. anyone else. I'm not complaining less calories. but I would love to hear your feedback. Thank you!!! Wishing overall success to everyone.

  8. I haven't had my surgery yet, but I can say that I had 3 c-sections and I had this will all three. It was in different locations for each surgery. It was excruciating on one that was stuck in my lower abdomen. The way the physicians explained it is that air get trapped and it can take a while to dissipate. Hold the faith that this is just temporary and it will get better.
