I was banded on April 18. I lost weight right away and have lost a total of 21 pounds. That was the first month. I have not lost any since.
My usual diet for the day is breakfeast - Quest Protein bar or 2/3 c cottage cheese or a scramble egg with peppers. lunch I usually eat 3-4 ounces of turkery or chicken breast or 2/3 c cottage cheese. dinner is 3-4 ounces of protein ( pork chop, turkey burger, chicken or fish) and 1/2 c .I even weigh and measure my food.
