Good Morning all. I had my surgery this past March. I have a 3-year old daughter and I was thinking about joining the military towards the end of next year before her 5th birthday in December. I was researching WLS and military enlistment. I have read its either a no-go, hard, or some were even able to get in. Most of the articles and responses were from 2009. I'm hoping things have changed since then. Any suggestions?

Hi Guys and Girls!! Happy New Years! So I have a quick question. I am 10 months out. I have lost at total of 85 pounds. I was wondering how many ounces of food should I be able to take in or should take in at this point in my journey?

Hello Guys and Gals!!! I haven't been on here in a while But anyhow...My surgery date was March 24, 2014. I am approximately 4 months out. I've lost about 53 pounds already. However, I'm a bit concerned. I'm about to handle more food then I was before. Is it possible I could have stretched my stomach? Also, four months out...should I been in the right place? How often does everyone eat and how much do they eat?

So if you don't mind me asking what was your Highest weight and weight for your surgery date?

Hey Guys, Hope you guys are having a great day. I was wondering...Is it possible to loss 100 pounds in 4 months with the sleeve, diet and excerise? I got the surgery almost two months ago and down 35 pounds...I want to keep this up. Any suggestions or ideas?

Hey Guys, So im still stalling. Im pissed, scared, and discouraged all in one. (emoji sad face) My mom said something to tease me the other day but since she has said it, it has stuck in my mind. She said I may have stretched my stomach. I had my Surgery 3 24 2014. So im not even a month out. But I did notice that when I started my soft foods diet the weight stopped. Also, when I first got out of surgery I could barely drink anything without feeling full and it could take me all day to drink a smart Water water. Now I can drink a 15 oz cranberry juice in about 30-45 mins. But it was weird bc sometimes I can get really full fast (like two bites or so) & sometimes I can eat like 7 bites of something. Then im full. Im scared guys. do you think I stretched my stomach? As my parents think it could be Fluid and suggested a fluid pill. what do yall think? Bc they "stalling" stuff less than a month out of surgery Is just not the business.

Hello gals and guys! Ok so I had my surgery March 24, 2014. I was losing weight rapidly. Im currently on my solid foods diet. So far I lost close to 25 pounds! But since last Monday my weight loss has just completely STOPPED...im eating between 750-1000 calories a day and excersing (treadmill) between 30 mins-1 hour three days a week and nothing. Its been the same for a week and half...I was like what.in.thee.hell is going on!!! Please help and tell me this is normal or something I need to be concerned about!
