The band works so funny to me I sometimes feel so full when I haven't even ate anything smh I think sometimes it's good but then I really know it's not because I'm not getting my proper nutrients like protein fiber my vegetables you know...

Well I've been very down and out but I worked out a few day and really watched my size proportions andI losed 8 pound in one week I went from 182 to 174 I'll take I'm going to try my best and stay on track I was really off the chain...

Hello I'm a Oct 2005 handed and I start at 224 and my lowest was 164 I'm now 180 ugh not happy about that but I'm working it out and getting back on track.

I didn't know stress played apart in how tight your band gets wow that explains a lot with me.

I'm so anxious a waiting on Sunday to come so I can weigh myself to see if I lost alittle weight within 1 week....

I'm so sorry to here about the cancer I'm praying for you and praying for me also because my mom passed away at the age of 47 from breast cancer I'm I'll be 42 this year so that age is creeping up on me her mom passed at the age of 46 but I live a whole totally different life style plus I get my breast mammogram ounces a year faithfully. I know I'm getting older but I'm trying to stay young I've been walking doing seat up and doing my Wii lol

I got a fill Feb 4, 2013 I felt fine but now I'm starting to pick up weight I no longer 165 I'm 180 I went from a size ten to a size 12 I'm depressed.

It's funny because its been so many years it seemed so easy at first now it's harder why?

Thanks everybody I'm going to weigh myself next Sunday but im going to make a appointment with the nutritionist next week I was doing so good I started at 227 and my lowest was 164 I wanted to get to 155 but I never made it but I was OK with 164 because I was wearing a size 10 now I'm in size12 but I'll get it back together hopefully.

Good luck I feel you I started out at 225 got down to 164 was my lowest I got and now I'm back to 180 this suck very hard...

Hello ppl I got band yesterday Im home and Im doing fine.Im having alittle pain but Im on my way.

I've been having alot of trouble lately I can't eat and I stay consipated.

What about some prune juice I alway drinck alittle when I get costipated it works well.

I have noticed that my face has begun to break out. I was wondering if being banded has an effect on my skin and if anyone else is having his problem. Thanks

I had my first:help: fill nov 12 and Im still eating I so crazy That Ill then mesed up my band I be so hungry I call for my second filll for Dec and they said the dr all booked up until jan 7,2008 what Im Im going to do my stomach fills sorry I hope I havent streched my band if could i fix this problem someone please tell me?:help::help::help:

Hello ppl I was band Oct 1 ,2007 I got my first fill Nov. 12,2007 When I got the fill I was suppose to call and make my next appt for my fill in Dec but I forgot and I called a couple days ago and they said they cant get me in into Jan 7,2008 oh boy Ive then messed up it the holiday and ppl are have parties like crazy at the job I have a new friend that thinks hes the head cook and want to cook every dang what Im I to do Ive had cake im not to be eating cake Im so upset with my self. Hello ppl Ive got band on 10/1/07 and Im starying to feel more and more normal wish is good but Im starting to get hungry and I notice that Im able to eat everything that ppl say that I they cant eat could some one tell me if this normal and not why do I feel this way.

I have a question what if I am not getting enough protein and what if I get to much protein. How bad is that? Or is it a bad thing? HELP pLEASE...THANKS:help:
