    Advice Needed!

the protien shake mix may have too much sugar,I had the same issue and switched to Six Star Wey isolate elite series,it made a world of difference for me,the excess sugar gives you dump syndrome and can be a royal pain . [sharedmedia=trackers:tickers:15909]

    Stalls

Its going to be 4 weeks tomorrow that I had my surgery,I have lost 21lbs since(21lbs in 4 weeks) , I guess that's good but I guess i was expecting it to magically fall off.I went for 5 days without a single pound being lost and assume im in the stall phase. I have signed up with La Fitness and use the pool 5 days a week,I walk 2 miles a day in pool and do some cardio workout as well,2 days a week I'm doing advanced Aqua Aerobics .my diet has changed to where I can eat soft solid foods finally, meaning I can eat chicken or fish, which if fine with me,I love both.I hit a stall last week for about 3 days and found out it was due to not having enough calories a day,I was only taking in 592.2 calories a day.I have adjusted with the solid foods to where I'm doing closer to 1200 calories a day now and weight is coming off again(Thank God). all my shorts and pants fall off me now and the ones I can wear looks like I'm wearing a tent or a skirt....lol....anyways all is going as planned , just not as fast as I would like.

    Clear liquids

Durring my clear Liquid diet, like most I got tired of chicken broth too,I however found the liptons beef mushroom soup mix to be great all i did was make it from the mix and strain out the onions and mushrooms, seasoned it up with a little garlic powder and salt n pepper.....made a big difference for me to be able to continue on the clear Liquid diet
