yep! its cuz we dont eat as much and dont burn as many calories since we dont intake as many....sucks, but hey... -
hey jessica, happy belated birthday!!! sorry i took so long to respsond, i havent been on here in a while. how did ur appt go? and as for ur questions, my surgery went well, im almost a year post op and im dealing with it just fine, my scars are very small and light and my skin is still tight, i work out so i guess that helps. i started at 287 and now im like 200 and i went from a size 20 to a 12/14...i love my band, feel free to hit me up whenever. good luck!

Hey I must say if I ever had any doubts seeing your pics put them to rest!!!!! I have a date for 12/17. What advice can you give me on working out and eating so that i can stay on track

lol, i was thinking the same thing! im gonna schedule my fill for nov 7th so i will make sure that i cant overeat on thanksgiving. im just gonna get a lil plate of food, and eat away from the table with everyone to avoid temptation. this is gonna be sooo hard since alot of ppl in my family dont know about my surgery....wish me luck! -

heyy! thanks for the compliments. i actually have to post some newer pics cuz i have lost more since my last post. but i work out like 3-5 times a week depending on how busy i am. how far have u gotten on ur journey so far?

Tacha, you look fabulous. I am about the same weight you used to be and am so excited to see your progress. You give me inspiration and hope to embark on this weight loss journey. How much exercise have you put in to look so nice?
