I know I only started this process April 1st, but I have been thinking about it several years. Now that I am finally here jumping through the hoops it feels like time is going SO SLOW! Does anyone else feel this way, or did you feel this way??

It took me just 5 months from deciding on surgery, going to Informational Session...through all pre-testing and group sessions to get insurance approval and then 3 weeks later, a surgery date of May 27, 2014!! In the meantime, I bought books and did online research so I was sure the surgery was right for me. I also lost 25 pounds on my own following the "principles" of WLS. Now that I look back the time flew by. Can't wait for 5/27/14!!!

Thank you RJ's/beginning, Carlotta1, and willbskinny for your comments. Wow! 4 years! Now THAT is determination! :-) I'm sure once I get my date and looking back it will seem like it was all a bluer, unless it's 4 years, lol! I will just keep reading, learning and hope the time goes by faster than it feels like right now! Thanks so much for the pep talks! It really helps. :-D
