Hi everyone, I currently am scheduled to have the gastric sleeve in less then two days. I'm quite nervous. I have horrible anxiety about any type of surgery, which is how I found out about this great site. Dr. Thomas Inge at Cincinnati Children's Hospital will be performing my surgery. I have been attending appointments since July of 2013.. I still don't think that I fully understand how fast this whole process has gone. Two weeks ago before my two week liquid diet, I weighed in at 345 pounds I am currently 334 :D I'm really nervous that something horrible is going to happen.. But I really do need this surgery, does anybody have any advice on how to put my mind at ease over my fears????
