I had a mirena IUD put in last month and have been spotting every since. I also feel premenstral for the last week, UGH!! I know excuses, excuses. I will do much better next week!!:thumbup:

Try increasing your calorie intake to 1000, your body may be going into starvation mode and holding on to all the fat. If you cant eat more try to get it in protien shakes.

My PB's have never been "pinkish goo" they are more a neatly encased cocoon of whatever did not go down, is this wierd?

I had a fill under floro and loved it. I could see the port and the band and they have you drink barium (yuck) so you can see the fluid going through the band. No guessing with the water test. My doc filled me till there was just a little getting through, which they can see so you know you are not too full. If it did not require a trip to mexico each time I would go back to have it done, again.

I am up 1 lb for the week :Banane34:. I am having marital problems and am a horrendous emotional eater. I guess I should look into counseling to help me stop trying to feed myself happy!! Does anyone have any other suggestions? I find myself craving sweets, of course, like ice cream (which I dont usually like that much) and pastry, all of which goes down perfectly easily. I have been skipping the gym lately too!! Bad bandster, Bad bandster . I wish I could be there at the BBQ with all of you, have to work. On a happier note, Dee I am sure that he is already so in love with you that he would not notice if you were 12 foot tall, green and had two heads!!
