I just had mine I have lost 33 lbs but that's including with my two weeks pre op. I think you may need to drink more liquids I have been doing the chicken broth with unflavored protein it really helps I had my surgery on April the 7 and am not going to lie its hard I had a lil tomato soup and it was great I had sugar free jello . When I did my two week pre op I was able to do 2 shakes and 1 soup 2snacks and I lost 25 lbs.Pp
