Is it that I've stretched my pouch??? I've had several fills, I get full sometimes, but I can sit down and eat a whole plate of food sometimes. I need to get control...not sure where to start:cry help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Micki, Your messages sounds like I wrote it. I had the same worry as you. I was never satisfied unless I stuffed mysefl. I was obsessed with food. It controled me. All is different with the band. You get full on the little amount you eat. You eat can eat every three hours. I have the control now. The band is wonderful. Trust what I say. Some on the site told me this and it was true for them also. Be sure to follow the rules your surgeon and nutritionist set for you. Good Luck...congrats...your almost there! I am going to get my lap band put on in two days I am in the market for supplements I can take after the surgery. How is viactin for Calcium? Anyone know the issue with to much Vitamin K? I plan on purchasing liquid glucosamine/chondrodine. How about crushing my Citrical? What about crushing Multivitamins? Annbo

I am waiting for a surgery date to get the LAP-BAND. I am anxious about not feeling full. I have had this awareness for years that I need to feel full. Anyone out there to ease my anxiety?

thank you Jayme Lynn for the reply. It is very reassuring to hear your expereince. I have another question if you or anyone else can help...I have osteo-arthritis in both of my knees. I keep hearing that the pain will subside with the weight loss. I am in so much pain every day...I can't understand...even though I know I have 150 pounds to loss...It will be a miracle...anyone out there get knee pain relief from weight loss? Ann Bo
