Congrats!!! I'm also 6 days post op. It's easier for me to drink milk instead of the protein shakes

    May 2014 Sleevers

I drank some broth tonight and omg it tasted like the best ever. Haha. I've been drinking soy milk and drinking water. Not feeling hungry just head hungry really. But I am down 9 pounds since my surgery weight. I had surgery on Thursday the 1st.

Ok I know HW means high weight and CW means current but what does SW mean? Is that smallest weight? Sorry I'm fairly new to these forums

    May 2014 Sleevers

I got home from the hospital last night. Been doing good. Drinking almond milk for protein and sips of water and also been walking around the house. I had a couple sharp passing pains in my side but could just be gas or I drank too fast

    Incisions

Is anyone having any problem with their incisions? Mine are sore like I did a million sit ups and a little itchy. Also wondering if anyone had showered with the tape still on or do you take the tape off first? I've heard of doing both but just wanted some opinions

Hmmm so I guess it depends on the surgeon doing it

    Incisions

Had my sleeve surgery done on Thursday (May 1st) I have 5 incisions. A friend of mine had the same surgery done by a different doctor and had 3 incisions. I was wondering if this is normal just different techniques surgeons use

I had mine done on Thursday. I've been doing alright with liquids. I tried eating a bit of the pudding they give you in the hospital and that didn't work out too well ha. Congratulations to all of us. I look forward to this journey

    Just got the sleeve done

I did have a little nausea when I tried to eat the pudding in the hospital. But liquids are fine. I don't have a problem with them.
  15. Just had my sleeve done yesterday morning. I am a little sore (feels like I did a million sit ups) but I am excited for my journey to a healthier me
