Hi I started my journey at 244pound (111Kg) .... In May 19th 2014 my life changed I had gastric sleeve surgery & now 10 months later I am down a whopping 84 pounds (40Kg), I have never felt better my health has increased dramatically & I feel on top of the world, I still have around another 10 kg to lose but never the less I am feeling great. -

Lost 35 LBS , i am 3 weeks post op, feeling pretty good, contracted a nasty stomach bug last week , but today is the first day i actually feel well, Yipeee

I have my date it is 19th may, but see surgeon tomorrow so planning to confirm date then.... I am hoping it may be sooner as mentally & physically I am ready to start my journey. Bring it on :-)
