    I will say today has been the best day since the surgery. I was prescribed Nexium and what a difference a day makes!! I was able to enjoy tomato Soup for lunch!

    You may be suffering from acid reflux. I have had the same type of issues with eating and drinking. Today is the first day that I am not in pain after taking Nexium.

    Hi All, I am currently one week out from surgery. I am experiencing really bad heartburn and wanted to know if anyone is having the same issue. If so, what are some things that can be done to ease my misery!!?? Also, does it get better with time and weight loss?
