Beautiful!

A hic-erp. A hiccup burp. Strange sound. I know now to stop at one because the second one hurts!

Until I had the surgery,until I lost 42 pounds when I did laundry I had three piles, darks mostly black, whites mostly towels and sheets. Today when I did laundry I had four piles darks mostly blues as in blue jeans sizes 14 -16s thank you very much, then colors such is purples and greens and blues and pinks. And of course towels and sheets. I never really thought about how much black I wore until I saw three items in that dark pile that were black and I was surprised. I looked at old pictures of myself from last summer, the very few I was actually in, All I used to wear was black. I love colors!

Wow! That is terrific! Super job.

Ok. Now I'm in a slump. Ive gained 3 pounds. I know I have not eaten 10000 calories. So it has to be water. So why am I panicked? Chill out!

I was nodding my head reading this post. I have my pile. It is growing as we speak. I also have a alternate closet... It was filled with cute clothes I could not wear. Ummm its almot empty. I love shopping in my "little" closet.

May 7. Down 45 lbs currently 198 yes thats a 1. Off 1 Diabetic med, 1/2 of other. 1/2 of HB meds. Getting there! Have a lot more energy.

CW=. 198. Yes that is a 1 in the front of my weight! I met my mini goal of under 200 by my Birthday! 3 lbs till my 4th goal. I can do this!

Yes I agree water weight. There is no way you can eat enough calories to gain 6 pounds...unless you ate 3000 sugar cubes. .

Update... As of Friday I am off the Januvia and Metformin is down to 500 twice a day. My Blood sugar is still well below 100 even after eating. Dr wants to see 20 more lbs to take me off of others. I am not too jittery. Waking up with BS at 62 three days in a row.

Right now, 7 weeks out I am focusing on Protein 1st. I am getting tired of telling people..."i cant have that". I need to change my attitude to I dont want that.
