I am on day 2 of my pre op diet and i feel like i am going to die lol i want to chew something so bad but i know that this will pass and things will get more easier until my surgery date 4/23 on 4/18 i am having a ivc filter placed in my thigh area, its to prevent blood clotting after the surgery. are any of you guys getting that too? i am so excited about the this new journey i am going to big and hopefully pcos will get out of my way so i can start a family -

you look great! my biggest fear is the saggy skin and lossing my butt lol but i see in your before pics you had a big butt and you still have some now after wls so i am hopeful that i will still have botty lol -
after how long after your surgery did you start exercising -

That's the mindset I have right now... I just want to be able to say... I did it... and each day I complete the liquid diet the more I feel encourage within that I can get through this... omg mine is 4/23 yayyyyy are you nervous i am ? are you getting a filter for blood clotting ? -
did you have any excess skin you had to remove ? i am so worried thats gonna happen to me

how soon can you wear a body shaper or a girdle after surgery ? is it ok to do? i want to wear it asap so that it can help mold my body

what about drinking your Protein with vanilla soy milk or almond milk ? is that ok to do No diarrhea. Its just evrytime I drink Protein Powder and 1% milk I get about sick,burp sneeze and my stomach hurts.Any suggestions? Following surgery couldn't do 1% milk with my Ovaltine and had to switched to lactaid skim milk and I've been able to handle that perfecto. Hope this helped.

can any one give me good suggestion on whey protien , that i can just go to walmart , gnc or any vitamin store to buy? when i dont have a chance to order online. thanks

thanks for the reply ! i really needed new ideas ,have you ever tried this is it ok to mix with milk before and after surgery ? is that a no no lol Body Fortress at Walmart is excellent. Pure Protein at Target. Both GNC and Vitamin Shoppe sell Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard, which I think tastes really good and has great numbers.
... my doc told me I could take tylenol... but if it's a "food" headache, it probably won't help... I thought getting off the carbonated beverages would be the hardest (diet coke-aholic), but it was surprisingly easy and I am so much better without it
