What you can do is ask to speak with a supervisor and have that call played back because all call are recorded and yes it's true you can have a claim revoked -

File a grievance and appeal because if someone gave you the wrong info they have to help you I use to work for Humana -
I understand where you are coming from things I shouldn't eat go down so good but healthy foods most of the times make me feel really bad

where can you order it I got my sample directly through the GENEPRO website, but that was back when I first had my surgery over a year ago. I believe it was also available on Amazon at that time. thank you really appreciate it -
