  5. Hi I have just went through all my clothes and I have a ton!!! Of mostly 18s and 14-16. I don't know the best way to get rid of them (I would like to sell them to help pay for some new clothes) but I have soooo many! Many dress, sweaters, jeans, all is brand name- american eagle, gap, old navy, lands end, Maurice's, silver! And in perfect condition. So I feel like I would like to get $200 for the whole wardrobe! But not sure if that is realistic.

    12 week update - Full Report

    Congrats!! I had my surgery May 1st! We have lots in common! BS 250 SW 241 CW 198 Hit wonderland on Tuesday! I do same for calories! Down loaded Couch to 5k but haven't started! But I have been biking 12 miles or walking 4 miles a day!
  12. I'm 13 weeks. I have been eating right around 1200 calories for a a few weeks. I def could eat more. I bike 12-16 miles 3-4 days a week and than do arms those days. And on opposite days I walk about 4 miles. I started off w BMI of 34 SW 241 I'm 5'11" today I weigh 198. 43 pounds! I eat protein 1st for meals but often my snacks are carbs. I have even eaten oreos, ice cream, chips and a few cocktails but all in moderation. 2 oreos -not the whole container! 10 chips-not the whole bag! This is a lifestyle change for me! I wanna be able to enjoy what I love but not have it rule me!

    HAIR!

    I have horrible roots right now and need to get hair done. Freaking out that getting it done will increase hair loss! I'm 3 months post op and noticing more loss. What do u all think I should do?
  14. Tell me what have been your strengths. N if u have had any weaknesses. I was sleeved 5-1. Height 5'11" and down 38 pounds 3 pounds to being under 200!!! Feel like it's coming of pretty slow. But had 3 month appt today and doc said they like to see 10 pounds a month.
  15. I can't ear sugar free/fat free the taste from the aspartame and chemicals is horrid to me. I eat what I like. And it has worked-down 36 pounds in two months and started off w a lower BMI 35) Of course listen to your doc/nut. But I told mine I couldn't eat sugar free and they said that was fine.

    I'm in. 1st time. Height 5'11" Current weight 207 Goal weight 190 Start weight 246 (May 1st surgery)
  17. I can't imagine only getting 600 calories. Everyday I get about 1,200. And It's working! Why do u only get 600-700?

    7 weeks out 35 pounds

    I am 7 weeks too! Down 30! It is amazing!
  19. I'm 7 weeks and had a salad at 5 weeks. No problem. My doc and nut says try it when u feel ready. I would go crazy w out salad/veggies! I have had no problems w any foods. My doc even said I could have alcohol when I had tried most all foods. I tried a beer-too bubbly! But than had a glass of wine about 4 oz and it was just fine.

    I know exactly what u are talking about I live in a small town too! I chose not to tell.
  21. I see that so many people eat under 1000. I'm six weeks out and hit right about 1200 everyday. And work out to equal at least 500 calories a day up to 1000.

    30.6!!! Feeling so good! Eating about 1,200 calories a day. Exercise about 500-1000 calories a day!! Hope it keeps coming off. Goal weight 185! Current 215
  24. Sorry just sooo excited I was able to handle a salad for lunch! Even though I have been over weight I love a good salad!!! Hip hip hooray I love my Sleeve!
