that's why I wanted to know... you need to get some miralax or something like that to help... I also keep enema's available...cuz man it's beyond PAINFUL!
I have been increasing fiber and adding miralax already. Im in trouble after surgery. :/ I hope that tomorrow or the next day whenever the next bm comes its a little better or I should say softer!
