    I am four days post op and everything has gone perfectly. However - I feel like when laying down or in certain positions I can actually "feel" the band itself as if I swallowed the ring instead of it being around my stomach. I am assuming this will fade?? I am sure the first few days generates anxiety. Also - in a previous post someone mentioned "slime" - can someone explain that?

    3rd day post op and everything is going down fine,. However, I have the sensation in my chest like you might get if you swallowed something too big per band. I am doing only liquid and meds and repeat have had no issues - with fluid going down or regurgitation and no pain other than this "sensation" I am assuming it is normal and will ease up as I heal? I would like feedback.

    If you are low carber I highly recommend you go online and get some carb quick . It is the low carb version of Bisquick - you can make all kinds of things that you can tolerate.
