Labor Day weight was 214. Didn't make my goal, but I knew it would have been nearly impossible. Been stuck in a stall for a while, hopefully that will end!

Amandasaouma - I am in the same boat. I am almost 4 weeks out and have only lost .5!lbs in 2 weeks. It's really frustrating, I know! Many tell me that our body is going through a lot right now and sometimes this happens. Keep at it and it will turn around. Hang in there! -

I am just over 2 weeks post op and I have been struggling with Protein since surgery. My stomach can not tolerate any protein powders and when I try consuming ground meat or cold cuts to get my protein, it gets real heavy and awkward feeling. I am getting frustrated because I have so little energy. I have to nap once or twice a day and get exhausted just taking a quick trip to the grocery store! I was supposed to go back to work tomorrow, but the Dr suggested two more weeks off. I'm a teacher and it's a crucial time for me to be in the classroom getting my students ready for state testing (next week!) I want to go back to work but need more energy to do so. Any suggestions to help my energy level? Thanks! Alice
