I use unjury brand for the shakes i actually like them. They have a chicken broth fkavored one as well. -

I am set for surgery July 22nd, i am excited nervous and so ready to get healthy for my self, hubby and kiddos! Currently drinking Unjury 2 times a day (i like them blended with fat free milk and ice) and love the "broth" flavored one! I would love any tips for before or after surgery! -
Worried because I haven't found a protein shake yet.
