I am 36yo married to my best friend and we have 6 combined kiddos from 21 to 4 years old. I started this journey to get healthy. I believe the Lord has a plan and getting healthy will ensure i am around to do my part. I have tried to lose weight for years but I yoyo up and down. I have healed emotionally from the things that hold me back with the help of the Lord, now it's time to take the lady step. To feel as good on the outside ad i do inside. I am a little nervous and a lot excited!
