I was also sleeved 3/31! Yesterday was my first full day home and I got in about 50 oz of Water and part of a shake. Today I got in 64 oz of water (including some warm Decaf tea and some water with the squirt-in flavors) and 1 shake. I warmed the chocolate shake do it was like hot chocolate, but not too hot, and it went down easier. I also ate a few bites of pudding before taking meds, which helped. I haven't lost any weight yet though which is s little disappointing!

I'm 4 days out, and it gets better. At first I had to take incredibly tiny sips and if I didn't it would hurt. Now that some of the internal swelling has gone down, I can take s little bigger sips, which makes it easier to get all the Water in. Take your nausea meds if you need them, but staying hydrated should help.

I was sleeved 3/31. On full liquids but honestly struggling to get in 64 oz of Water and 2 Protein Shakes. I'm getting close and today it's easier to take slightly bigger sips. To mix things up today I made a chocolate Protein Shake and warmed it up like hot (not too hot!) chocolate. It's going down easier like that. I havent lost any weight yet but I suppose I'm still swollen. Hope to see some progress on the scale soon!
