    JULY 2014 SLEEVERS GROUP

Yes you can get kidney stones as well. Usually from not enough water. Pain starts in lower back and can radiate to the front.

    Honeymoon's Over...Help?

Im only 4.5w out but i agree that you should go back to logging EVERYTHING you put in your mouth. Especially the slider food. Do that for a month and I'll bet you will see where you need to adjust a little. And you are NOT back where you started. ..your 150+lbs from that place. This is a lifetime of change and adjustments but worth the effort in health! ! Good luck

2.5 weeks out feeling lost- HELP!

My iron pill says not to crush or break to only take whole. Its vitron C which is what i was specifically told to get as the vitamin c aids in absorption. Maybe crushing is making you sick...too much at once.

How Long Were You Out Of Work?

I took 5 wks off with 4 being pd from my short term disability. I could have gone back sooner but feel like when i go back next wk i will have a good grasp on how to get fluids..protein etc in while working. Also was worth being at home when certain foods did NOT agree!
  8. Hello i would keep fluids at room temp for sure. 1st week thats all i could do. And for sure try other fluids. Water seemed to not sit as well in my tummy in the beginning kinda sloshing now much better at 4wks out. Good luck and safe travels.

Got laid off 1st day back to work from surgery

Ya if you were on FMLA they can't fire or lay you off. Even if YOUR job was "taken" over they need to find you another comparable position. That being said if you do get hired back start looking for a WAY better place and boss to work for. Good luck you've already proven your tough keep it going!

    Stomach Bruising

I'm 4wks out and yes the lower abdominal area both sides are still lightly bruised. They come from the thinner shots. I even had a little bit around incisions. The shots hurt worse than the bruising ever did.

    JULY 2014 SLEEVERS GROUP

I agree about the comparison to others. I keep reading about all these HUGE losses and second guess myself. I'm really trying to make this about ME and my journey to health at MY pace. I am so very glad to have people to talk to about ANYTHING that's going on and know you all have been there or at minimum understand what is going on. Thanks

    Laxatives

Sorry to hear that mick. I'm worried about that myself. I bought some baby pear juice today and going to try it. I'm also taking a softner each day and that has helped a little but not enough. My nut also has me taking some fiber in to see if that helps as well. Not going to lie this sucks, but it could be way worse so I'm going to try every trick i hear! !

    Slow losers unite

I agree with bittersweet. Everything written needs to be worked on. Not just for yummy but anyone who's a little out of sync or losing at a slower pace. Remember slow & steady wins the race and the race is with ourselves no one else. Certainly not others on here. Every one is different. .sizes..metabolism. ..etc. but when we need help we can find each other here! Good luck all. Sleeved 7/28/14
