@@deedadumble, you look smokin'! -
My favorite is unjury... clean good taste with no medicine aftertaste. chocolate Splendor + malted milk powder is SO close to a chocolate malt!
-
I suggest you call your surgeon.

Sleeved on 12/3/14 having morning nausea issues.

I suggest trying unjury and mixing it in a blender. It has a good clean taste and no grit. I suggest eating a butter cracker before you get up. -
@@catfish87, Wow! you look great!

I suggest telling him that you go to nutritional meetings and have the training. You'll get everything you need. He isn't responsible for this. -
Surgery Timing On the Job-Hunt
BeagleLover replied to Smye's topic in General Weight Loss Surgery Discussions
You're NOT going to be remembered for THAT!!! I'd guess one week, or the length of time your surgeon says to wait until you can drive. -
Day 5 Post - Op - Struggling: Afib, Upset Stomach, Anxiety, and Scared.

I can't address this from a personal standpoint. However, my friend had a pacemaker (St. Jude's?) put in around 2 months before her sleeve surgery that keeps her heart in rhythm. If her heart stops, it automatically jolts it to start. -
If you are trying out samples, be sure to try those that are 100% Protein isolate, which is the most absorbable protein. Examples that I can think of right now are unjury (available online), Syntrax nectar, and GENEPRO.
-
@@lynziv, I mix my Protein powder with Silk Unsweetend Soymilk. That adds 7 grams of protein to each shake.
-
My NUT said 60 - 80 grams of Protein per day also: generally 60 for women, 80 for men. Just do your best. You'll get there.

Yeah, and seeing all the ads for weight loss solutions!.. NOPE, been there done that! Don't need to do any more than I already am doing! I feel very happy that my weight is heading downwards slowly but surely, and I'm feeling better all the time. -

Your profile didn't provide any info, so I don't know. Is there a medical justification for it?

7lbs. in one week? That sounds great to me! Surgery will make this much easier. -
Bites half the size of your thumbnail
BeagleLover replied to brians34's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Yes, that's what I do. -
Under the circumstances, would your doctor's office advocate on your behalf for a much earlier surgery? I would think it would also be in their best interest to get both surgeries done at the same time.

How much did you lose in Month 3?
BeagleLover replied to sukik's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I'm losing one pound every other week. I go to the gym and do aerobics and weights. Seems pretty slow to me, but glad I'm still losing!
