So far so good. I love the weight loss but struggling with the size of bites I can eat. I still want that satisfaction but then I hurt. I need help

Hope everything went well. It will be uncomfortable for a few days. But it will be worth it. Just take one day a time and be kind to yourself.

Hang in there, I had a terrible time getting my protein drinks down. I really like the protein drinks from costco, premiere protein.
