Congratulation PKdvm! It's such an awesome feeling. I just crossed over into Onderland this week also.I havent been in this land in 20 years. I am so excited! New Year New land! Nothing but good things ahead. I have to adjust my brain to the fact that I don't have to shop at Lane Bryant anymore. I'm like where do normal sized women shop online for clothes?

You have all been therapy for me to know that I am not alone. I just broke a 3 1/2 week stall and I am so happy. I too am on the brink of a major milestone since I am 2 lbs away from onederland and agree that my mind is playing tricks on me. I know that this is the last year that I will ever be on the 200s and I am excited for the new me in 2015! Reading posts has got me through this tough time.

What are you eating now? Can you give me a typical day menu?

I can't wait to not have to worry about sliding into a booth at a restaurant with friends. I can't wait to put my laptop on my lap. Cant wait to cross my legs. Cant wait to sit on flimsy patio chairs. Cant wait to fit in a school desk when I go to teacher parent meetings.

On the positive my knees don't hurt anymore I have more energy and I can reach the radio buttons in my car because my stomach is smaller. My clothes are getting too big and that's great. I'm back at work and now I have to decide how much I want to share. I'm not ready to deal with the food police and naysayers in my office just yet.

It's killing me to. I'm going to stop weighing myself every day and try to do it once a week. I see my doctor next week. I'll see what he says.

The bypass. I'm drinking my two shakes a day. I'm eating my soft foods like they said. Im exercising every dsy. But my weight is stalled. I'm losing inches but the scale is moving really slowly. I see people posting they lost 15 pounds in a week and so on. Is your weight just falling off?

No he didn't. But the nurse said that everyone will have times where they lose inches with no pounds and then pounds with no inches. I'm definitely losing inches but I want to see some pounds!

Thanks for this post. I am stalled at 3 weeks and my surgeon said not to worry but I am. It's comforting to know that this is a problem shared by others.

Why cant you drive after bariatric surgery and how long should you wait?

Well I have had my surgery and I havent needed a pad at all. The movement really was the best thing. Thanks for all your comments. Now Im trying to figure out how to get all my Protein in. Is anyone using unjury?

I didn't really feel better until day 4 which is today for me. I finally began to pass gas last night and it changed everything for the better. I know it's a sensitive subject but it is important. I am walking better now. My stomach is still tender when I stand up. I have been climbing stairs since I came home because I was determined to sleep in my bed. I am drinking apple Isopure Protein which is really good and tastes like apple soda without the fizz. It has 40 grams of protein in it. I am aslo drinking premier Protein Drink which has 30 grams in it. I am sipping Water constantly. My throat still hurts but its getting better. I use the spirometer blowy thing because i have mucus in my throat and don't want to get pnuemonia like they warned me about. I am so glad to be home.
